Northerly Island

The festival will feature a neighborhood bazaar featuring 30+ local artisans, 4 performance stages showcasing unexpected collaborations and talent from Chicago’s neighborhoods, multiple participatory opportunities for creative, self expression of “I Overcome/I Celebrate” statements that will become part of the festival spectacle, food trucks, and experiential partner activities.

Children will enjoy the petting zoo, magic show, face-painting, Kid’s carnival, and musical entertainment throughout the day. Adults will love the Christmas collectibles, delft, unique Dutch groceries, baked goods, Farmer’s Market, and Wooden Shoe Carver.

Grand Avenue Design District

The festival will showcase local home and garden design vendors, however the revamped model has expanded its offerings by including local artisans and crafters, food trucks, handmade goods, clothing, jewelry designers, neighborhood vendors and more.  The fest also features hayrides and family activities along with a mix of live Country and Americana music programmed by Chicago’s legendary music venue, Hideout.
