As a Just My Ticket member, come and be a part of the night Christ was born! The Christmas story will come alive on Friday and Saturday, December 11th and 12th, at Scottsdale Christian Church. A live reenactment – including live animals, complete with sheep, donkeys and even a camel – will be presented nightly from 6 to 9 p.m. The public is welcome to take a guided, interactive walking tour of Bethlehem and the event is free and open to the public.
“It is a trip back in time that allows our visitors to be part of the Christmas story,” said Wendy Anaya, church member. “We want to welcome everyone with a free family photo in front of a Christmas tree and fireplace, followed by a guided walking tour where you will encounter shepherds, Angels, the bustling town of Bethlehem and ending in a quaint stable with a young family. Hot chocolate and coffee will be served and visitors will be invited to decorate their own Christmas cookies.” |
