By submitting your information and signing up for the Just My Ticket service, you hereby consent to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of JustMyTicket.com.  The Privacy Policy can be found here.

By indicating that you would like to receive text message notifications from Just My Ticket and providing your cell phone number, you hereby consent to receive text messages (“SMS Messages”) from Just My Ticket.  You also understand and agree that although, Just My Ticket does not charge for their services, your SMS Message provider’s standard messaging rates will apply.  Data obtained from you in connection with Just My Ticket may include your cell phone number, your provider’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. JMT may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from JMT. JMT will never share this information with a third party.

Upon completion of the sign-up process from Just My Ticket, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS Message.  Your provider’s standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS Message correspondence you may receive from Just My Ticket. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Just My Ticket is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any email or SMS Messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

All email and SMS Message services are provided on an AS IS basis.  Just My Ticket expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Just My Ticket does not guarantee or promise any specific results from use of the Just My Ticket services.

By signing up for Just My Ticket, you represent and warrant that: (i) all registration information that you provide is accurate and correct; (ii) the information that you are providing is your information and you are authorized to provide such information; (iii) you will maintain the accuracy of your information; and (iv) that your use of the Just My Ticket service does not violate any applicable law or regulation, including by not limited to the Can SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-187 or any successor legislation).

Just My Ticket takes no responsibility for third party advertisements provided through the Just My Ticket Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers. Just My Ticket assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any email or SMS Message communication. Just My Ticket is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, including any injury or damage to your or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the Just My Ticket services. Under no circumstances shall Just My Ticket be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Just My Ticket services.
