The Great American Lobster Fest, located in Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom and East End Plaza on August 16-17, will be a one-of-a-kind outdoor festival featuring two stages with over 25 live bands, the city’s freshest seafood courtesy of the New England Seafood Company, cold beverages and food options to satisfy any craving. This is the perfect viewing party for the jets flying over the Pier during the Chicago Air & Water Show or stay for the amazing firework attraction on Saturday night!

This food-loving festival delivers a unique experience of artisan eats, refreshing drinks, live music and family-friendly activities such as the Medieval Times Courtyard & Tournament exhibit. National bands like The Verve Pipe will kick off the fest, Friday 8/22, and conclude with Country Sunday (featuring the best of country music inspired by Old Crow Smokehouse). However its most distinctive event is none other than the heated race for the crowning of our next “Sausage King of Chicago”, an annual philanthropic competition between outgoing, bighearted Chicagoans.

Join in the Saturday or Sunday of • SausageFest Chicago • (August 23 / 24) for the Medieval Times SausageFeast and Tournament, where real knights will don their armor and unsheathe their swords to prove their bravery and honor in an epic duel.
