Does it cost anything to be a member?
No, the service is free. However, members who have chosen to receive offers via text message may incur messaging charges from their cell phone provider.
Will I receive spam or unsolicited advertising? Just My Ticket is designed to be spam-free and only delivers offers to you based on your preferences.
Am I obligated to buy or respond to offers?
There is no obligation to act on these offers. Simply respond to the ones that interest you.
How do I redeem the offer? Each offer will have instructions on how to redeem it, along with your Just My Ticket member number.
Can I used a coupon/offer more than once? Just My Ticket offers are typically redeemable only one time, but some have unlimited use or may be limited to a certain number of uses.
What if the offer is sold out and how do I ensure the offer is available?
The services provided on JMT are offered on a first come, first serve basis, so the quicker you respond, the better chance you have a ensuring the offer is available and not sold out.
Will Just My Ticket sell my confidential information? No, in order to communicate with you, Just My Ticket will need your email address and/or cell phone number and your cell phone provider’s information. Just My Ticket will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your email address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. Just My Ticket may share your information for the purpose of delivering our email to you or as required by law.
What if I want to opt-out?
Go to www.justmyticket.com/change/ and opt-out and you will no longer receive emails or text messages from Just My Ticket.

Just My Ticket is a locally owned company created to provide its members with valuable and timely offers that are specifically tailored to their interests. The service is free to members, though they may incur fees from their cell phone provider if receiving offers via text messaging. Just My Ticket works with entertainment venues, including concerts, live theater, sporting events, restaurants, nightclubs, spas and many others, to help them sell seats or appointments that would otherwise go unused. Just My Ticket helps to fill those spaces for the venues, while at the same time providing unique entertainment opportunities for our members.
Just My Ticket founders have decades of experience working in traditional media, including newspapers, magazines, broadcast, and advertising agencies. Just My Ticket was created after many years of watching diminishing returns for their advertisers, observing the heavy proliferation of print media outlets, and seeing consumers who are less likely to read and more prone to act on impulse, with little or no notice.
Mostly, Just My Ticket exists to help everyone have more fun!
