As a Just My Ticket member experience regional French Cuisine
with a 3-course Alsatian menu for only $40
($60 with wine pairings) at Mister A’s!
During the month of March, Mister A’s will be offering guests a three-course menu highlighting some of the classic dishes from the Alsace region of France, the native land of Chef Stephane Voitzwinkler
paired with Gewurztraminer, Riesling or Pinot Blanc wines.

First course selections:
Salade Vigneronne, meat salad with tomatoes, bib lettuce, gruyere and gherkins in red wine vinaigrette; Bouchee A La Reine, puff pastry shells stuffed with savory creamed seafood; and Tarte A L’ognion Blanc, confit vidalia onion tart, bacon and egg cream.
Main dish selections:
Truite Au Bleu, poached fresh trout, served with a medley of baby vegetables; Matelotte De Poissons Au Riesling, salmon, pike, sea bass stewed in Riesling, gourmet mushrooms and basmati rice; Choucroute Garnie Alsacienne, house made sauerkraut, smoked pork belly and knackwurst braised in Alsatian beer; or Coq au Riesling, capon chicken poached in Alsatian Riesling, pearl onions and spaetzle.
Dessert selections:
Souffle Au Fromage Blanc with kirsch marinated raisins; Blueberry Charlotte with Lady Fingers and Coulis; or True Munster Cheese with cumin seeds.
As a Just My Ticket member simply print this email and hand it to your server when ordering. The three-course dinner menu is available Sunday from 5pm-10pm and Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Does not include tax and gratuity.
